B&B Torre Castellina

Rooms were clean.

Room 1 had no proper air con so room wasn’t great as the weather was hot. Shower head was also too high so water went all over the bathroom. Room 2 shower was very small.

Very comfortable room and great location one block inside the medieval wall (we parked just outside the wall). Excellent breakfast served by Mr. Sebino himself! Coffee, eggs, bacon, jam and amazing bread. Grazie.

Great location especially for people traveling with car: free parking very close and you don’t have to drive inside the old town. Super friendly hosts!

The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful. Nicely located in a quiet place with 10 min walk to the cathedral.

Sebino is a very kind host. We had a bit of a misunderstanding/miscommunication about check-in time and Sebino, who lives in Enna, another city 40 minutes away, patiently waited for us for close to three hours! The bedroom is very well appointed with a very cute balcony with a back view on the dome of the local cathedral. Property is located in the historic centre of Plaza Armerina. After being on the road for several days, we did a rather large load of hand washing. Happy to have a clothes line on the balcony to dry our laundry overnight. Sebino also offered for us to use a laundry tub and some detergent! Great location in Central Sicily if you plan to visit Villa Romana del Casale like we did. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was very simple: bread with butter and jam and coffee. No fresh Sicilian pastries, at least the day we were there. In fact, Sebino, who is quite new at being a B&B host, could look at expanding the breakfast offering with yogurts, fresh fruits and local pastries. His future guests would certainly appreciate that very much.
