"Exceptional"

The room was very nice, except for no closet to hang clothes. Breakfast was good and plenty of seating in that area.

It was easily accessible from the interstate.

The bathroom was soo dirty. There was hair leftover on the shower walls, the shower floor was dirty, the shower door wouldn’t stay shut and it was gross. The bedroom area was dirty…thankfully there were no bedbugs. In the morning at breakfast everyone on staff (housekeeping and front desk) had their families there eating breakfast and swimming in the pool. I

"Beds use to be better"

The front desk lady in the evening was excellent kids love the variety of breakfast items.

The lady below us kept calling the room every time someone walked it was only 6 pm.

We had someone with children in the room up above us and we kept calling to get some assistance in just getting them to quiet down. The manager would do nothing and said it was quiet not quiet time yet so if we wanted to handle it ourselves, we could. Continued throughout the night terrible location.
