Absolutely perfect. This is an amazing hotel and has high standards of service and amenity. From the minute you arrive you feel welcome. The professional and friendly service is a stand out. The suites are beautiful and well thought out. The location is perfect and parking is provided onsite.

The other listed reviews are correct, the hotel is very well presented, very well located and offers all that a visitor to Orange could want. I would echo the words of other reviewers that it is the quality of the staff that make the stay the all you could want. Tom and his team aim to deliver excellence in quest service and surpass all benchmarks, this hotel is highly recommended.

They were responsive to issues raise about problems with the Expedia booking and contacts during the Covid 19 escalation and have responded with an appropriate alternative arrangement. It improved the stress involved with timings and created a resolution. Tom (manager) was able to create a good alternative in a bad situation.

This is must stay escape from the city. The Hotel is spectacular. Rooms décor the whole experience was delightful. Breakfast was superb. we are planning on returning soon and will stay for longer. Congratulations, this is a fabulous in Hotel.
