Breakfast was basic choice of cereals, croissants and cakes, but great as I wasn't expecting breakfast to be included in the already very reasonable price. My ground floor room was clean and spacious.

No air conditioning or fan. Whilst the rooms on the 1st floor had the option of opening all of their windows safely at night, you could only open the small top windows on the ground floor. There should be at least a fan in this weather, otherwise I would have rated this room VERY GOOD! The astro-turfed rear courtyard had ample seats and tables for alfresco breakfast
