Location bellissima con accesso diretto alla terrazza con affaccio sul mare. Struttura antica adeguata ai più moderni standard(anche i pannelli solari) Colazione {extra pacchetto) di livello superiore come qualità e come servizio

"Beautiful facility but bad management"

The room and roof top terrace were fabulous. It's a part of an old palazzo and the decoration based on the original style was beautiful.

The staff did not hesitate to show his anger when I arrived 30 minutes late due to a traffic jam and difficulties in finding a parking place. Actually his neighbor helped me to find it... The worst was the towel. They only gave me one medium and one small (to use after bidet!) sized towel and the middle sized one smelled so I had to use the small one for everything. No bathmats either. I also found two different types of hair (long blond hair and black curly short hair) on the wall of the shower closet.

Il parcheggio privato non era disponibile diversamente da quanto era stato indicato. E trovare un parcheggio in un punto così centrale è stato molto scomodo.

"Suite toll - Service verbesserungswürdig"

Die Luxury Suite mit der Wanne war sehr geschmackvoll.

Die Badehandtücher hatten eher die Größe eines normalen Handtuchs. Die verschmutzen Handtücher trotz Wunsch nicht gewechselt. Die Hauptanfahrt gemäß Google war baustellenbedingt gesperrt. Wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen und mussten uns durch ein extrem enges Gassengewirr quälen. So waren wir bei der Ankunft schon gestresst - das schwere Gepäck muss man selbst die vielen Treppen hochtragen.

"Very pleasant stay"

Nice staff. Good location in an interesting part of town Exceptionally clean Very comfy bed .Lovely towels Super breakfast

Just 1 thing. Need shade on the terrace . Impossible to sit there apart from the evening due to the heat . Also useful to tell guests how to reach there via public transport.
