Soleado Beachfront Villa

The location of the villa Pyrofani is exceptional - literally, 2 minutes away from Akropolis beach and bar. Zattero beach and bar is next to it, also of a very good quality. In my view these are the two best beaches in Skala Fourka both in terms of beach facilities as well as access to the sea. I also liked very much the outside terrace - it enables up to 8 people setting at the table for having the breakfast or dinner at night, as well as enjoying the see view. It is a generous place since is has another sitting place / couch with a small table where one can even take a quick nap in the late afternoon :). What they don’t say is that there two stairs that connects the terrace with the living room, which can be problematic if you have small kids with you. The living room that connects with the terrace is also ok, in line with the expectation, with a relatively well equipped kitchen. Finally, the two bedrooms at the top floor of the villa are ok, both in terms of quality of bed mattresses and depositary space.

This is an old villa, built in the nineties, more than 35 years old. It has been recently refurbished - painting is ok but the quality of the furniture in the main bedroom was very bad. I start with the gliding door which was not working properly hence neither we slept well because the door didn’t close properly and we heard the noise made in the entire villa nor the other guests were happy because of the noise made every time we had to open it. I asked to be fixed but the specialist was not … available. Then the mattress of the additional bad is a very poor one - it has already a shaped form of the people who slept before hence you feel like in a hamac. Finally, since this bedroom was added later in the architecture of the building the floor is noisy when you move here and there. And, very importantly it has stairs to get in and out which can be dangerously if you have small kids with you. I am not going to mention what they call TV sets in the main bedroom (it is a computer screen :)) but definitely on the one from the living room the owner could have done a much better job given this villa is advertised as an premium facility. The washing machine was not functional. Though we stayed there 10 days, it was not fixed. You need to buy / bring your own toilet paper since it will not be replenished during your stay. And don’t forget to bring your toiletries - we had only one small dose of shampoo and shower gel per bathroom during the entire stay :). Lastly, the villa is advertised as having 4 bedrooms but the fourth one is at the basement and one can feel the humidity and smell the scent of basement bathroom. Pls be aware of this important aspect if you are to consider using this room as well.

It's the perfect place for a holiday. The house is lovely and has all the necessary amenities. The view is great at every moment of the day. I recommend this location.

This is a beautiful villa located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing holiday. The villa is actually a section of a building - it is a attached to two other units, but you get a full privacy in the outside areas, thanks to plants and fences that separate you from the neighbors. The house is well equipped - you get everything you might need for a seaside vacation. Note: you should have car to go around and explore other beaches during the windy days.

There was some issue with WiFi in the upper floors - there is an additional router there that seems not to work. Also, the WiFi didn't work outside. Not the biggest issue, but it could be fixed.

The location was amazing and the immediate access to the beach.

The houses need a bit of an upgrade / general refurbishing.
