Great communication from start to finish. Checked in at the hotel nearby. Staff were very helpful and informative. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay. Bed super comfy. Great location to explore this area of Lisbon. Wish we had booked an extra night.

An element of refurbishment to surrounding properties. But no more than you would expect in any large city.

Perfectly located to explore the best of Lisbon. Very central location, many of the attractions within east walking distance. So many bars and restaurants nearby as well as all the public transport to explore further afield and therefore easy transport to airport and train stations. Beautiful clean apartment with an AMAZING shower. One of the best showers I've had in accommodation in years. Extremely comfortable beds and most importantly very quiet. I stayed in Magnolia apartment which does not have a street view but the windows face and inner courtyard so there was absolutely no street noise. Check in via nearby hotel was easy and efficient.

The only thing I can suggest to improve is perhaps more than one wine glass and other glassware available. I was travelling solo, so one was enough, but would have been nicer to have 2 for those sharing with another person.

Fast check-in/out and friendly staff. Great location near the center and metro. Spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping and towel changes. Lastly, they kept our bags for us after checkout. This was very helpful and gave us time for a final walk around town before heading to the airport

The only negative was the noise level. Since there are shops right next door, it could get a bit noisy outside late at night.

En la TV no había canales en español. YouTube estaba en "chino" no había forma de verlo.

离罗西奥站大概4分钟的步行距离，周边餐馆多，公交也很多。浴室特别宽敞，水非常大。 住宿管理有位女性工作人员会说中文！

餐具不够干净，摸到好几个橱柜里的杯子都没洗干净房间里隔几步就几节台阶，要注意。
