The property has amazing views. The decor is elegant, simple, but adequate. Very clean rooms. The food and wine were amazing and an exceptional value. All of the staff were very helpful.

It isn’t a problem, but there are many steps to climb, so be sure you can manage them.

A truly special place. The steps were a bit of a challenge, but well worth it. Room 1 was well-appointed and had a lovely large balcony and beautiful view. It was so quiet and peaceful. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and inviting. The highlight was the restaurant. We enjoyed several delicious meals on the balcony and everything was fabulous! The staff are exceptional… friendly and helpful at every moment. I hope to be able to return!

Everything was wonderful, but you need to be able to take quite a few steps up to some of the rooms and the restaurant. We were so appreciative of the staff’s help with our luggage.

J'ai adoré l'emplacement de l'établissement implanté sur les hauteurs du magnifique village de Bellagio. Aussi, j'ai adoré le charme qu'il dégage ainsi que le calme ce qui n'est pas négligeable de nos jours. Je recommande également à tous les voyageurs de tester le restaurant qui occupe une place maitresse puisqu'il surplombe une bonne partie du lac sans oublier les plats qui sont d'une grande qualité et à un tarif plus que compétitif.

The hotel itself is amazing! The view and the property is really beautiful like really wow!!. What I did not like and why I would not go back is the service regarding the restaurant and food options. They have a light lunch where they only serve salads. I as a sallad lover can’t even call this food a sallad. It came in the smallest bowl I have seen a sallad in and had like 4 ingredients and it’s soooo small! We hang around in the pool all day, and we wanted to snack and drink stuff. You know as you want in your holiday when you are enjoying being there. No service, no one asking if we want something. We just sat there the whole day without being able to enjoy any food. The day after we bought our own stuff from a supermarket. A hotel like this should offer this kind of services. And the dinner? We had the chance to eat there once the other days they were “full” and the food was nice but the service is really low. Also the girl working in the kictchen is the rudest person I have ever met. She seems to hate her job. I was afraid to even ask her for a coffee at the breakfast when she rejected the people sitting next to me when they wanted to coffees. She said that she can’t serve them coffee since she is too busy!!!!! Ridiculous? How can you say that? I was so shocked 😆They said that there would be 2 free water bottles every day from The hotel he never had any water bottles. The coffee machine in the room did not work. So what im trying to say is - it’s a stunning hotel and a stunning view but nothing else.

Villa Mojana is stunning. Very clean, staff so attentive. Rooms very comfortable. Small, intimate, beautiful setting. Views from pool are breathtaking. Food was lovely too.

There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant overlooks lake como.
