Alanya City Hotel & Residence

Booking was confirmed, turned up and was told it was hotels.com fault and the price quoted was wrong, demanded 400% more than the booking, extremely rude staff but glad to not be staying there in the end, especially after seeing a motorbike parked in the kitchen, and the place stank. Stayed at HMA hotel&suites approx 5 mins away, really friendly staff, much nicer hotel, would recommend HMA

Otel diye yazıyor ama tansiyondan farkı yok en az 30 yıllık bina odada telefon yok klima da o kadar eski televizyonun kumandası çalışmıyordu değiştirdik Rezidans Otel diye yazmışlar ne Rezidans ne Otel pansiyon geç kahvaltı yapmadım açıkçası ortamda midem almadı zaten Otelin içine girince aşırı bir Rutubet kokusu var

The hotel was very clean we stayed in Eftalia downtown the buffet was good too, lots of Germans and european in the hotel the only disadvantage was the shuttle , the pick up was a disaster they didn’t turn up until 3 half hours with no contact it was star holidays , my husband has anxiety the pick-up was really upsetting other then that it was a decent holiday , beach is just across the hotel very near and all the area is wonderful lots if shopping too

Trevlig personal, inga (muggar, glas) på rummet. Vid duschning Allt vatten flöt på hela toan, trasig ventilation (hål i väggen) luckan låg på golvet. Fick inget kvitto på betalningen trots att jag blev lovad. AC: ok TV: kylen fungerade första Dan sedan ingen kyla. ok äcklig fläckig matta på golvet i trappen. Läget Jättebra

The only thing good about it is the location, as it is the center and close to the sea.
