Sunny Guest House New Port Mykonos

Chambre très propre, vue superbe sur le nouveau port. Personnel très accueillant et disponible.

La situation de l'hôtel qui le rend peu praticable par des personnes d'un certain âge ou ayant des handicaps. La voie d'accès est très dangereuse (pas de trottoir). La pente est très ardue. L'endroit manque de commerces alimentaires à proximité. Chambre un peu petite.

Emplacement au top à côté du port pour prendre le bateau par la suite du séjour. Je suis resté une nuit mais très bien! Vu incroyable sur la mer et le couché de soleil!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunny Guest House. The room was well decorated and comfortable, not super fancy, but simple and beautiful. Hidden lights was a plus. My favorite thing was the veranda/balcony, which offered a nice view of the new port and of Mykonos, and we could enjoy long hours there enjoying eating or just watching the sea and the ships. On top of that, Natasha is a very radiant person which makes you feel at home, and was ready to accommodate our needs. We will definitely revisit the Sunny Guest House if we visit Mykonos again and it is totally recommended.

It is rather difficult to arrive at the Sunny Guest House on foot, because there is a really steep slope that you have to climb, so it is not recommended to do so with your luggage, please take a taxi except if you are really fit. There is also a rooster in one of the nearby houses that is a really early riser. I am not a heavy sleeper and I was getting early out of bed every day because of him, but I consider him part of the experience and I have enjoyed four sunrises because of him that I would have otherwise missed for sure.

It was located by new port BUT up a serious hill and no easy walking to port terminal. Had to walk to town as no easy means to get a taxi or BUS. Far better to stay near town and get taxi to port works out cheaper.

It’s a very basic room Greek standard and seriously over priced for what it is. It’s between town and new port so going to town is a 40euro taxi each way. Far easier to stay in town and get one taxi all the way to new port.
