The staffs have good behaviour and the room is clean and tidy

I booked the room for one night and I reached the hotel around 3.30 early morning on 24/02/23. They asked me to pay 2200 for a non ac romm also to check out before 11. 30 am. I have paid this amount just for 8 hours. Room was in 4 th floor. No one accompanied to show the room, when i tried to open the door it was not. Then I went reception and informed about this. They gave me another key. I was able to open the second room but the light was not turing on. Again I went to reception and informed. They give me one card to turn on the lights. This is really frustrating. Am totally disappointed. I will never recommend this hotel because am unsatisfied with the service and cost.

Location and Cleanliness

The AC were not working properly it seems, stayed for 2 days in different room since the AC wasn’t in good condition.
