Arrived at 4pm in 43 degree heat,to a stinking hot 50 degrees room! No air conditioning had been turned on,bathroom drainage smell,3 frogs in the toilet......

The price I paid ( weeks in advance) was $30 more than the price showing ( after the cancellation period passed) on booking.com. We received information after the free cancellation period that the pool was under renovation and wouldn't be available until the next week ( looked like longer than that on arrival). Would've liked a verbal warning or sign that ( very cute) frogs might be in the toilet, and after a night of rain, there was some leaking ( narrowly missing a laptop- pheew!).
