Wonderful guest house with an unforgettable design. I was feeling like I traveled in a time, cool 70s vibe. Nice details, great common areas, calm neighborhood, pet friendly place. Check-in process was flawless, all the necessary information was provided.

Terrific location. Very stylish. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Ixaya. There was not a lot we did not like. It is highly likely we would stay here again someday if we need a place to stay for a night or two.

They informed us that they were having water issues upon arrival. They did turn it back on before the staff left for the night. At that point, we did have a satisfactory experience with the water for the rest of our stay. The desk was a little tight to work for a big fella like me. However, having the tables in the common area to work from solved that.

I liked the accessibility to the hotel, the room was clean and had a nice view of the plants and patio.

I did not like the noise from the upper bedrooms early in the morning and the bathroom needs maintenance, the towel rack was broken from the wall and the bathroom sink drainage system needs improvement.
