"Outstanding Hotel with fantastic location "

This is an amazing hotel. My stay was 8 days and this hotel is really top notch! The people, location, fantastic daily breakfast, fantastic guest relations and superior customer service. I will return and recommend this hotel property as in my opinion, it is a 5-Star rating!!!

Modern hotel, ultra clean, all the staff were professional & courteous at all times. The breakfast was excellent as so was all who worked in the restaurant nothing was to much trouble. The square at Krakow was only a 6 minute walk through a lovely well kept park. Highly recommended & we will return

Our stay at the hotel was lovely, there was a small problem with our room and the reception staff were really helpful sorting it out. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The hotel made us a packed lunch for one of our trips and it was really good. All in all a lovely hotel in a lovely area would definitely recommend.

Property is in great location, with short distance to main square. Very clean, well designed, staff is very friendly, very good breakfast. I would highly recommended this hotel and if I come to Krakow again will definitely come back.
