great room good location for an overnight to one of my sites, drop in late and leave early but get a great nights sleep

fan in the bathroom ran for longer than needed but i just switched it of so no issue

A lot of money has been spent in modernising a coach house into rooms. The next stage must be to sound proof the rooms. One can hear all that goes on in neighbouring rooms. There is a very good gastropub restaurant.

Inexplicably (except for laziness) breakfast is not served until 9am. I could only have breakfast at 8.30am if I was going to have it before work. They refused. It means I cannot stay there again. Perplexing.

The property was situated in the studio opposite the pub, lovely room, clean and had everything we needed. Locals were friendly too. Food was outstanding and service was impeccable.

Not that it’s a clincher but the tv was very small.
