Good Hotel

Things continued to break such as plumbing, air conditioning, and wifi.

The bed was comfortable, and staff needs a little bit more training in hotel etiquette. Room was overall clean. However there was no refrigerator, and the chiller doesn’t give the required temperature necessary and the water in shower doesn’t clear out completely, without having to use a swabber.

The property is good, but it needs a bit of maintenance. The sheets were dirty. Not enough bath towels for 3 guests.

The staff is nice and responsive including the day/night security staff. The hotel needs a major fix up.There is limited options in this area and we were not expecting a 4 star.

Lovely facility.. spacious suite . The staff was courteous. Room was clean, cool and comfortable.. breakfast was delicious

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Music was too loud from the bar, could hear it loudly in my room. Ask the staff to change my room or slow down music, they ignore me. I check out coudnt stay!

I did not like the way the breakfast was set out especially for vegetarians and not much of a choice a more better breakfast buffet would be a kick of for the hotel
