la struttura è tutt'altro che invitante,disadorna spoglia insignificante, la reception che doveva essere aperta 24 ore su 24 era deserta abbiamo dovuto telefonare ad un numero scritto sulla porta d'ingresso e si è presentata una signora in vestaglia e ciabatte che non parlava altro che rumeno, ci è stata data una camera al 3 piano senza ascensore che non assomigliava nemmeno lontanamente alle immagini pubblicizzate mobilo accroccato e bagno fatiscente il tutto, almeno, era sufficientemente pulito. mi sono sempre trovato bene con hote.com e non riesco a capire come possano pubblicizzare una struttura del genere!

The walls are too thin, all evening we could hear the neighbors talking, then all night we listened to snoring :) The only inconvenience is that.

Seeing it in my rear view mirror!

The photos that are shown are totally inaccurate! The smell of the carpet was stale and stagnant. The furniture is in very poor condition. The bathroom: had a moldy smell and the sink wasn’t attached to the wall. The bedroom had some type of tile that wasn’t attached to the table top. Kitchen: it showed almost a full functioning kitchen, not even close to it. The sink was about 2 cm from the wall in order to use the stovetop you had to move the microwave and hot water cooker. No to mention there was one water glass and one wine glass. NOTHING ELSE! Yes no plates or silverware. The balcony had the fake grass I will give them that, however it has been torn out and it is still there in a ball. Coming in from the balcony the first step is on a weak board that would break if stepped on. The front room TV wasn’t operational nor was the refrigerator. None of the furniture was there everything was just in total disarray. The whole place had carpet (besides the bathroom), we kept our shoes on the whole time. So being totally honest, this place is NOTHING not even remotely close to the photos. My opinion is to AVOID if necessary.

The bed was comfy

There was no shower gel or anything just a hand soap , I didn’t like the fact that there was no one physically to help, I sent messages through booking but they didn’t reply ..the people in the next room were noisy ..good value for money that’s it

Rooms were nice and clean, tv had Netflix on which was a bonus, bed was extremely comfortable overall a good experience

Heard strange crying wining noise through out the night

The hotel is okay. It serves a purpose and is quite cheap. Close to the airport and the therme spa. Poor English spoken. I was also charged 2 times luckily my bank has refunded me. I paid on the link sent by hotels.com then they said they couldn’t see the payment and took my payment again when I thought they was checking my card details to find my payment. They also put us in the wrong room then asked us to move but eventually left us. The cleaner tried to open our door at 10am. When I opened the door she waved her hand at me when I said I do not understand Romanian. When I left she snatched the key and didn’t even say bye. Quite a rude end to the trip
