The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was amazing and everything well maintained.

Room was a little on the small side but it's a city hotel so not unusual.

"Teveel aandacht voor schoonheid, weinig praktisch."

Mooie inrichting maar niet comfortabel ; geen deftig stoel of tafeltje voor laptop. Kleine kamers. Beperkt ontbijt. Baard trimmen in badkamer onmogelijk door beperkte en éénzijdige verlichting.

Mijn partner diende de dag voordien naar België terug te keren voor een begrafenis ; hotel wilde weggevallen ontbijten niet compenseren.

Buena instalación. Buen servicio

Tuvimos q llegar un dia antes por lo que cogí una habitación. Se pagó la tasa, indique que al dia siguiente teníamos una reserva y me hicieron pagar nuevamente la tasa. Lo veo ilógico cuando estuvimos en la misma habitación.

"The french Ozzie"

The hotel is very nice, the room was comfortable, the bed also comfortable. The location unbeatable. Cafes and restaurants so close by. The staff exceptional.

The fact that the a/c did not work well and we were experiencing a heat wave.
