"實際入住與評價有所落差，一入住就碰到種種小問題(冷氣、房門、電視、熱水....)，住宿感受不太好。"

1. 有車庫可停車 2. 房間大但浴室小 3.一樓公共空間有小點心跟幼兒玩具

1. 因為帶小孩入住，無早餐的四人房照片為無床底照片所以直接訂，沒有特別備註，但到現場說明已沒有那款房間，因此入住有床底的房間，並沒有床圍，晚間詢問是否可以將兩張床合併，管家表示因為房務已下班，擔心床底不乾淨，不建議，因此睡得很不安心。 2. 一入住房間內的冷氣發出轟隆隆聲音，取出濾網灰塵厚厚一層導致出風不順，自行清洗再裝回去就正常了。 3. 熱水等蠻久(但房間有貼告示高知)，等到熱水後，卻只有熱水跟冷水之分。 4. 房間窗邊牆壁有很多螞蟻，睡醒時發現還有幾隻爬到床上，慶幸的是沒被咬。 5. 房間的門鎖超級難開，或開好門後無法順利將鑰匙拔除。 6. 電視遙控電量不足，拔除後重新安裝尚可使用
