"Pathetic experience"

Nothing

most of the items was damaged. TV was not working, bed was not clean so as cupboard. Bathroom lock was broken, toilet flush was not working. Room was dirty... pathetic condition. On top of that, they denied giving room and charged 1.5 times of booking amount.
