Close to everything

Room was hot- couldn’t change the temp, no bench space in bathroom to store toiletries- just a shower seat that got completely wet as it was a disabled facility bathroom. We did not request a disabled access room and toilet was very high and uncomfortable.

It’s nice

The staff were quite unorganised when we checked in. We just arrived at 830pm and they asked us to wait to check our room was clean. Which didn’t make sense as check in was 2pm so really it should have been ready. On top of that the room service app wasn’t working it wouldn’t process my request had to call reception and make an order. Then my door key stopped working and locked me out of the lift. Seemed to be a bit of a circus my stay here. Not worth that amount of money for what we experienced. Won’t be staying here again.
