Hear absolutely everything between the rooms whether it’s the one upstairs because the floors are made of wood, or the rooms next to you. And the pictures of the rooms were too modified because in reality it’s much darker.

Google Maps took us on a broken road that almost damaged our rental car when first navigating to this inn. Indeed the condition of all roads leading to this accommodation are terrible. Further, our room wasn't cleaned after our first night and there are no door knob signs provided to request to clean the room, or not disturb. Nor were we notified that apparently we have to make a formal request at the main counter if we want our room cleaned. The bathroom was also too small. And while this is to be expected in Japan for this price range of accommodation, it was still an uncomfortable experience having to use the bathroom !

Le gros point fort de cet hôtel est son onsen. C'était une expérience magnifique et très relaxante. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le fait de pouvoir en profiter en couple avec mon mari, ce qui est rare et très précieux. Un vrai moment de bonheur et de complicité.

C'est une honte et très très décevant. Le "chalet" est vétuste, sombre (absence de fenêtre), sent le renfermé, et la salle de bain/toilettes est minuscule. L'extérieur est tout aussi vétuste. L'onsen extérieur ne sert à rien, il est inutilisable à cause des insectes. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très mauvais. Pour couronner le tout, le service est déplorable : nous avons demandé à l'accueil de nous réserver un taxi et ils ont refusé, nous laissant en difficulté. Un établissement à fuir absolument. Je tiens d'ailleurs à remercier chaleureusement l'accueil de l'hôtel Fuji-Q Highland qui, contrairement à cet établissement, a été exceptionnel : ils nous ont aidés à appeler un taxi sous une pluie battante alors que nous avions deux grosses valises et deux sacs à dos. Un service au top, contrairement à ici.

Super duplex avec Onsen privatif. Grand appartement avec une grande cuisine, et un grand tatami pour dormir. Le Onsen privatif était vraiment formidable et très romantique. Idéal pour un couple.

L'isolation sonore n'est pas parfaite. On entendait beaucoup les voisins à travers le mur.

One thing that this place has above many others is the onsen that you can book like a private one. The rest of the stuff is kinda traditional, with tatami rooms and stuff like that. Some will like it, some will not.

I would say that there is maybe more options around if you look, or maybe try some different apps for different prices, cause that seems to happen to a lot of places.

これは、仕方のない事です。対策もされてましたが、虫が多かったです。
