The location is has breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The staff was so friendly and helpful in making recommendations. Great location, central to all the sites to see. Definitely a wonderful place to stay when in Lucerne.

The staff were very helpful, room clean and luxurious, serviced daily. Our room was spacious with excellent, clean bathroom facilities, and amazing views to the lake. Buffet breakfast was outstanding. The historic nature of the hotel has been retained in the modern facilities making it a unique place to stay. Centrally located, it was easy to walk to everything in the central city. The hotel was more than I had expected.

Very ordinary. Room had strange smell, similar to being on the subway. Breakfast selection good. For the price my expectations were higher. 2 lifts and a long walk from room to lobby. Looking into the back street.
