The front desk staff was excellent.

Would not stay again. Arrived tired. Mobile key didn't work. Finally got into room and it had electrical issues - had to reset breaker every time a light and tv were on! Second room had no bedding for pull out couch. But the icing on the cake was being awoken at midnight and 1:30 am with loud and prolonged train whistles. Horrible night.

Need more breakfast options. A bit pricey. Overall 4.5/5

Nice clean, hotel, friendly staff. A nice breakfast was included. Their pool was not available either day, which was really disappointing after a long drive. We come to area regularly so will give them another try!

Breakfast was good, well stocked, variety. Work out room was great, pool was nice ! Staff was friendly

The room was dirty! I know pet friendly but room smelled. Pull out sofa was dirty and smelled. Had to pay extra for cot since pull out sofa was so bad.

The staff were all nice. The breakfast stayed stocked and hot. The pool was a nice cool temperature. The only real disappointment was the fact that the housekeeping forgot to clean the mirror, vaccuum the floor, and there was food leftover in the fridge from the last guest.

The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. rooms were maintained and clean only issue I had was the room smoke detector decided to go of several times when the steam came out from after a shower that shouldnt do that but made a call and let them know to check on it

Even though there were other rooms available, I could not move because it was an 'Expedia' booking. Expedia's rate was the same as if I had booked directly with the hotel, which was disappointing. Breakfast offered is terrible!
