Hotel O Le Mint OMR

I did not like the behaviour of the Manager and at the ill-maintained property.

Indifferent Property manager who denied accommodation and who misbehaved the customer by saying "OVER BOOKED" caused agony and mental disturbances when customer reported for check-in on February 1,2025 at 12 noon. The properties under OYO are ill-maintained,dirty ,unhygienic and not fit for listing in any hospitality website.

Walkable distance to the place where I had work...restaurants, supermarket,Food court all within Walkable distance

Felt it was slightly overpriced. The phone number was provided by booking. Com didn't work

The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are very big. AC is very effective and the staff is too good. Shivam and Karan are the backbone of the hotel. They have tried all the ways to make guests happy.

They have asked to vacate the hotel on the last day of stay as they got a booking of marriage function. They need to take care of existing customers however they have asked to vacate and find another room for a day.

Location was okay but the hotel lacked basic amenities. Not so good attenders.

Worst room experience. Very small. Not for families. Paint worn out everywhere. No basic facilities like towel, water bottles or soap.
