Like the friendly service by all staff in the hotel and Julian's restaurant. In particular the sommelier was helpful choosing wines. Like being in the centre of town and being able to park at the hotel and charge our car at the same time.

We struggled driving around Brugge trying to get to the hotel. Our sat nav kept trying to send us up the wrong street (Google). I think this must happen a lot, the receptionist who kindly guided us in over the phone acknowledged this happens. Perhaps a map on website or elsewhere providing directions would be helpful.

Beautiful room in central yet quiet location. Kind and helpful staff.

Difficult to cool room to comfortable temp

Location to town was very convenient. We did not choose the breakfast because it was very expensive. It was a nice size room with comfortable seating and I appreciated the toiletries and daily bottle of water.

Did not like the steep steps to my room. It would have been nice to have someone offer to carry our suitcases up those steps.

Absolutely stunning hotel in the centre of town. The service and facilities were impeccable. We loved it, quiet, beautiful place in the centre of town. Amazing breakfast spread with champagne!
