Very strategic location, just next to Odori station. Downstairs have 7-11.

1. Cannot eat inside the room. 2. Each floor has toilet but shower room only located at B1 floor and is attached with public bath. Public bath not open full day, so if wanna take shower early morning before go out is impossible. Only have 2 or 3 shower rooms, so the waiting time might be long.

The location was excellent. They had an onsen and sauna. Those and the shared toilets were all very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast options weren't huge, but a good variety of dishes would suit most people - with fresh Hokkaido milk - I went back for more!

The rooms had curtain-like doors, wth magnets to hold them closed, with no locks. I was in a similar style hotel with these same style doors, but WITH locks. On the other hand, there was storage space under your bed, with a lock. Smaller suitcases will fit, not sure about larger ones though. Oh yes, I chose a slightly larger room, which gave me space for a desk and a chair... barely. There was no room to turn around in the chair - it was that tight. Also, no food or drink is allowed in the rooms (except water). If your neighbors are quiet, you'll be okay.
