Luxcity Hotel & Apartment

Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Super Zimmer, Aussicht und Rootop Bar und Pool. Wir hatten zwei tolle Aufenthalte im Luxcity Hotel. Gute Lage, leckeres Frühstück. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Kostenlose Nutzung der Waschmaschinen und Trockner (self service).

Hotel che rispetta veramente il suo nome Lux city veramente bello curato. La piscina al 24 piano è fantastica a dire poco la camera nostra bellissima vista spettacolare anche dal 12 piano.. nella zona del ministero interno della difesa.

Staff fantastic. 15 -20 mins tuk tuk to riverside . Star supermarket couple of minutes walk.

Had a mini bar. No bottle opener. Could have done with more cooking utensils in the executive suite. I'm sure if I asked. Wouldn't have been a problem. Stayed last year. Rooftop bar under construction. Could take snacks and drinks to poolside. This year not allowed had to purchase from bar. Not allways had the advertised beers. Staff were quick to let me know. But not quick enough to ask if you would like anything. Had to enter the bar and order.

The room was luxurious, clean and spacious. Great pool and gym . The staff were very attentive and helpful

The breakfast had very little choice for vegetarians The hotel required a £100 holding deposit that won’t be refunded for up to a month. I feel this was excessive and the hotel should have made me aware of before booking.
