"Worst hotel to stay"

Nothing. They were fighting all the while

They are accepting bookings online and once you go there start cribbing about low prices on oyo. Why the hell accept booking in the first place then. Additionally toilets are so bad, do not have the seat cover, old towels provided without washing and lastly if check out is 5 mins late manager at the reception will fight for extra charge. Stop looting people

"Grudge against online bookings"

Nothing, right from the start it was a bad experience as the staff were rude.

Although we arrived earlier, the person at the lobby didn't allow us in or to use the washrooms and made us wait till 12- the actual check-in time. When asked for the reason he said he has grudge against online bookings and they intentionally make it difficult for ppl who book rooms online.

Manager didn’t honour booking terms and condition. He charged us extra than what was agreed online
