"Very poor"

We never imagined that lift facility is not availale at ground floor . We had to climb up to first floor. Room chaned 3 times and in one AC water was pouring in side the room. NO FACILITY FOR MORNING TEA AT 6 AM. AS ALL THINGSare tightly closed so there was feeling of sffocation.
