Location, close to metro station, Paradise main Biryani hub.

The staff on reception was bit rude, wifi was denied upfront when this was available and details were shared by other staff member.

I want to specifically thank the Front Office Manager, Abdul Azid, for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. His efforts made my stay truly enjoyable. There was no booking only . After getting a confirmed report from booking . Com the hotel said that they were full. We went with luggage and had to pay 300 extra during traffic hours to the taxi. The hotel staff simply refused to accept any online reciept of confirmation. Please look into this matter
