The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are all very helpful, friendly, and professional. However, we have experienced an issue with the housekeeping service. During our one-week stay in Room 207, the soap has not been replaced, the shampoo dispensers have not been refilled, and the towels are often very dusty. What is even more disappointing is the attitude of the housekeeping staff. It sometimes feels as if they are doing us a favor rather than providing a service that is part of our stay. This is not an acceptable approach. We came to Doha for work and usually leave early in the morning and return late in the evening, so we did not pay much attention to these issues during our stay. Nevertheless, it is not a pleasant experience. In addition, there is a strong and unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, which we believe may be caused by the cleaning products being used. Not complete the toiletries kit. Not smart t.v don't have YouTube and was not connected directly the WiFi . Note:I have my own kit actually. I don't like to ask for that seems like they are not ready for the next customer,but they are so accommodating and really helpful staff .
