Location and staff

Overall it was good, although you could hear some noise from other guests coming and going in the open atrium between floors.

Location was great...next to Salamanca market area

The heater was not working for 1st night and 2nd night was very noisy. We got a ground floor room so no view at all... The shower screen was not working properly so water was overflowing and there is no water drainage for the excess water to flow away

Second stay at the Lenna and it didn’t disappoint. Wonderful reception team, beautiful rooms and we were lucky enough to have water views. Perfect location, close to everything
