Brilliant location

Parking bays a little narrow

Location, comfort, cleanliness, friendly and quiet. Could not fault it. They partner with local resteraunts for dinner room service and the food was amazing and delivered within 20 minutes of ordering with no price mark up from resteraunts own menu.

Could not find anything to complain about.

The location is great, with an easy walk to everything in Salamanca and Battery Point. The complementary car park is always welcome in this area. The hotel is set in very pretty grounds, and the view looking out to the bridge provides interest. The room was spacious.

Although the sleeping/living area was spacious the bathroom was a bit cramped with the toilet pushed into an odd spot. Providing a complementary continental breakfast would be desirable given the price of the rooms. The restaurant was not open for dinner service when we were there. Because the rooms lack a microwave, the service team were very helpful in heating up a heat bag for me.

Outstanding location with walk to key attractions, restaurants and the Salamanca markets. Convenient free parking on site.

Location great for exploring Hobart

Nothing much

Lovely historic house now used as a hotel. Very convenient location within walking distance of the docks and other areas of interest. The lounge bar looked cosy and welcoming although I didn't use it. It would be great on a cold, wet day.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and delivered as expected. Nothing particularly special (but that is not a criticism).
