Rooms cleaning each day and refresh of materials in room could have been better.

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful property. Lots of room. Very pretty at night. Very good rate and lots of benefits.

Location too far out of town, breakfast wasn't great, rooms were big but space was not well used. A rodent of some kind attacked some of our clothes. No drawers to place clothes.

Nice environment. Quiet it’s a place to relax out from the hustle and bustle. Easy to book tours and visit. Staff is nice happy and always do their best to help! The resort is well maintained.

Communication sometimes is not easy.

Between the gorgeous natural atmosphere and the incredible staff, our stay was wonderful. This hotel is outside of the downtown area but its the perfect retreat after an evening in the noise and chaos of the city. And the tuk tuk ride is an adventure in its own right. You become one with nature at this hotel However, overall, its the staff that make this hotel what it is. Truly exceptional.

The Villa was spacious and traditional. It was lovely having a choice of pools. The staff were eager to please.

The food and drink was limited. The pool service was lacking.
