Onkel Inn Airport Sleepbox

The whole experience was awful. Way over priced. We could not breath in the room. To space had no air moment. Had to leave door open. Had to ask for pillow case and no towel to wash face. $116 Canadian is way too much for what you get. It was not a good experience. Would not recommend to others.

Great place to get some rest and chill on a long layover! The staff was friendly and helpful and I felt very safe! And it's just minutes away from airport security/check in!

It did get a little warm but I notified the staff and they turned some air on upstairs.

Location and convenience.

Stuffy rooms and super expensive for what it is. No bathroom facilities.

The workers were very professional and courteous.

There was no air conditioning, the room was very hot, I woke up sweating. TV didn't work

The room was exceptionally hot, no ventilation so the fan just moved hot air around, I had to open the door to get circulation which impeded privacy.
