大人2人、子供3人でデラックスツインルーム朝食付ベッド2台とEXベッド1台で予約しました。前日ホテルから電話あり子供は添い寝扱いのためEXベッド使用には追加料金がかかると説明されました。話し合いで最終的には解決しました。当日チェックイン時に子供二人分の朝食料金は予約料金に含まれていないと説明され、請求を受けました。朝食付プランで予約していること、そのような記載は予約時明記されていないことを説明しましたが、ホテルの公式ホームページに記載されていることとハウスルールのため支払うか朝食を摂らないかの選択を求められました。予約時に記載もなく事前に連絡もない料金を請求され不満でした。エクスペディア側の問題かホテル側の問題か分かりかねますが、条件に合わせた料金を事前に提示すべきだと思います。食事、部屋は特に不満はないですが歓楽街なので子連れには向かない立地でした。全体的なコストパフォーマンスは良好だと思います。
