Staff helped with change of room when I complained. No problem at all.

Room was airless with a strange smell ? Mould after recent heavy rainfall.

The apartment had everything we needed. An extra TV in the bedroom was handy for the kids.

Other patrons returned to their room at 3.30am and we're very loud coming up the stairs so it did wake us up.

Good location, clean room

We are repeat guests and are disappointed at the decline of the property overall. TV remote in bedroom did not work, Internet does not work, Security door into carpark broken and yet we were still charged for parking. Went to reception at 12pm on arrival to enquire about early check in, advised we could check in at 1pm and they would call us then. The room not ready until 235pm when normal check in is supposed to be 2pm.

Excellent location, nice comfortable rooms with kitchenette, plenty of space and lovely gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms are a little outdated but do include laundry facilities in room which is great.
