Beautiful setting, comfy bed, peaceful. Good sized room with chairs over looking the water and Plymouth, having a mini fridge to keep drinks cool was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious as were the two meals we had during our stay. Staff were really friendly.

Lovely little local pub, clean and good decor.

Down a very narrow drive but once down there it was very pleasant.

Breakfast was one of the best full English I've had.

The warmth of welcome especially the loveliest lady on Sunday, so nice to talk to. Good food, not pretentious. Thank you Dave for a beautiful breakfast too.

The location was lovely, over looking the River Tamar, there is a pair of binoculars in the bedroom so you can look for wildlife ! The room we stayed in was large / comfy / clean. It had a TV in the room and also coffee making facilities. The bathroom had a bath / shower / sink and WC - all clean and well stocked. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting and talking to the lovely staff.

My only complaint (and really that is too strong a word) there was 2 bottles of water in the room but they were both sparkling and it would of been better to have 1 of each.
