It was pretty cold. Some pictures on the wall would warm up the atmosphere.

No save parking....vehicles under building open from the street. Owner obsessed with money..... breakage deposit repayble up to a weak later threat of penalties and charges. Seems they are used to deal with criminals. I did not pay the breakage deposit as the lady who checked us in decide to leaf it as I was prepared to pay it cash and want my money back on departure. Kitchen utensils? Two pots and pan without lid for example. Braaier on the ouside should have been replaced ages ago and no braai utensils. Cheapest toilet paper!! Without water for almost a day and was not warned in advance about municipal works. Overall I think they try to compete in a league where they dont belong in. Even reception absolutely lack of professionalism and make our stay start of on a bad foot. No mirrors in the rooms and no plug for the ladies near the mirror in the lounge. Although there are three garages, we was only allowed to park in front of one of them. Our other vehicle was parked in the open despite the fact that we were the only people in the facility for our stay. The only assurance I can give the owner is that I would rather stay at home before using his facility again.

Was a huge property, nice and clean and very comfortable beds. Fans were a blessing given the heat. Quiet area, very friendly host. Overall met our needs.

Has a braai to use, but no braai tongs or braai container. Normally find some tea/coffee, but nothing of the kind, plus had to pay R2,000 deposit, bit surprised given that there is bare minimum available in the facility and property needs some attention.

We were in Durbanville for a conference. It was close to the venue which was very convenient. We really only needed a place to shower and sleep so the amenities were perfect. No frills which made it more affordable.

No mirrors in the rooms, no additional plugs or extra's like hairdryer etc.

The area was very safe and quiet. The host was accommodating and very friendly. The balcony has a great view.
