The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the bus station. The restaurant serves a delicious dinner, but you need to book in advance

The water in the bathroom doesn't drain properly when taking a shower; the drain is blocked. The beds are very uncomfortable, the pillows are awful – those two nights were a nightmare. The pools are a bit chilly; it's very uncomfortable to be in them during the cold season.

"Very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay"

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming environment for children. Lovely in-house pool. Very good restaurant. Location very convenient for main thermal bad, the village center, and public transportation. Quiet rooms. Breathtaking views.

Breakfast was OK, but could be improved (the croissants were a bit stale, for instance). Elevators felt very cramped. Bathrooms very clean and functional, but quite small.
