Das Thermalbad und der SPA-Bereich war sehr schön. Auch das Essen und das Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr gut. Auch das Zimmer mit der Aussicht vom Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Bad im Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte etwas "schmudelig". Ein grosser Teil des Service-Personals wirkte unmotiviert und wenig aufmerksam.

Zentrale Lage

Das ganze Hotel ist Sanierungsbedürftig. Der angebotene Standard entspricht in keinster Hinsicht einem 4Sterne Hotel. Der innenpool war zu kalt und im Ruhebereich war es auch kalt. Gästeinformatiionen im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Der Hotpool war am morgen verschmutzt obschon wir die ersten Benutzer waren
