화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 약간 나고 담배냄새가 약간 났던거 외에는 맘에 들었어요 속초가는일 있으면 또 묵을게요!

쾌적합니다. 스타일러가 있어서 편했고, 냉장고가 커서 편했어요. 엘리베이터 1대 있습니다. 주차는 주차타워 있어요. 그릇, 수저, 컵 등 있습니다. 속초 해변 걸어서 갈만해요

객실도 깨끗하고 직원도 친절하고 너무 괜찮았어요 한가지 아쉬운점은 하루에 생수 2병이 먹는물이 기본이라는점. 정수기를 비치해놓고 모자라는부분 떠다 먹는다던지 아님 여유분을 무상제공해준다던지 하는 써비스가 조금 아쉬운듯. 이점 빼놓고는 매우 훌륨했어요

친구와 둘이 이용하기 정말좋았어요~시설깔끔하고 방크기두 좋고 스타일러가 있어 정말잘사용했어요! 팁으로 치약칫솔은 가져가셔야하구 수건이 조그만거 4장있는데 더사용하려면 요금1000원내서야헤요~ 저희는 물놀이하지않아서 괜찮았는데 참고하세요!

"화장실 하수구 막힘. 싱크대 냄새"

방은 너무나도 만족스러웠습니다~! 하지만 화장실 하수구는 막혀서 잘 내려가지 않았고 싱크대에서는 음식물 냄새인지 조금 역한 냄새가 올라왔습니다. 인포 직원분들은 너무 친절하고 굉장히 기분좋게 만들어 주셨습니다.
