Kitchenette was really small and not well equipped. I would expect at least a cheese grinder and one big pot for 4 people. Mosquito net would be also nice.

Alberto è una persona molto disponibile, la posizione è ottima per visitare i dintorni. Oltre ad aver visto PRESICCE, paese molto carino, abbiamo visitato il Salento senza alcun problema negli spostamenti. In merito alla struttura notevole è il patio adiacente alla camera e in cui rilassarsi e fare colazione. Merita una visita il frantoio.

Ci è piaciuto tutto... appartamento in bellissima corte storica tipica, in centro ad un paese pittoresco, comodo sia al mare che per visitare tutto il Salento. Vicino a tutti i servizi, dotato di tutti i comfort e con un host, Alberto, davvero super🔝

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro ma con parcheggio sempre disponibile. Terrazza molto vivibile di sera. Il palazzo in cui è ospitato l'appartamento è molto bello. Il prezzo nel complesso era molto buono.

Nel nostro appartamento c'era molta sproporzione nella distribuzione degli spazi: camere molto grandi, mentre cucina e bagno erano minuscoli (messi insieme non arrivavano a 6-7 mq). L'appartamento era veramente poco accessoriato: abbiamo dovuto chiedere una tovaglia e qualche posata aggiuntiva per arrivare al numero minimo di posate per mangiare, c'erano poche pentole e con i manici quasi rotti. Per il resto abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto (olio, sale, zucchero, scottex, carta igienica...)

EVERYTHING!! The property we stayed in was beautiful, clean and everything you needed. The Court yard was beautiful and secure and we had pleasant afternoon sitting out there in the beautiful Italy Sunshine. The town was unique and full of the most amazing buildings and churches I have seen. The people were so kind and helpful as there was a slight language barrier but they did there best to help us. I will be returning next year and I will definitely be staying here.
