Bed Bad

- Not service orientated staff, by doing the vulcano hike…I have to pay extra for letting the suitcase behind for just one night (I already stayed 2 nights)….why? - Verrry noisy hotel…contantly ringing the door by guests for getting in….just give us a key :-/ - Breakfast, very simple - by checkjng out, they first check the room…does not feel trusted on the way it went

La experiencia fue excelente. El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada: a dos cuadras del Parque Central y a una cuadra del Tanque La Unión, además con una vista espectacular al Volcán de Fuego. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias. La comida es deliciosa y el desayuno realmente vale la pena. La atención al cliente es excepcional; todo el personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería.
