Er is voor ons een taxi geregeld om vanaf het vliegveld naar het hotel te komen. Dit was een prettige manier om voor het eerst kennis te maken met Valencia. Verder hadden wij bij vragen snel contact met een medewerker en werden we dus ook snel geholpen. Verder genoten van de faciliteiten in de kamer en heerlijk relaxt kunnen genieten van ons verblijf.

In eerste instantie hadden wij niet de code ontvangen om de voordeur te openen aangezien de doorgegeven code pas zou werken op het moment dat ook de kamer beschikbaar zou zijn. Dit is gelukkig heel snel opgelost doordat er goed gereageerd wordt op vragen via Whatssapp of telefonisch contact. Het heeft dus geen problemen gegeven, maar het is misschien handig om dit vooraf al kenbaar te maken op het moment dat de code voor de kamer bekend gemaakt wordt.
