the best part was the breakfast

humid as hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i fell outside B door told the front desk lady and she did not care.

The room was quiet, room was large.

I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the pool...I had no balcony with just a window looking at the hvac unit on the roof. Room looked nothing like the pictures. Room was dark and had an odd layout. The bar was closed early in the evening when we went for a drink.

the hot tub was broke down, the bar was closed and the indoor pool area was freezing cold. found 2 cockroaches in the room

The staff were nice and the person making the food in the kitchen was wonderful. The breakfast made the stay bearable.

We would have issues getting into our room, because our key would work on occasion. The hallways were dirty, and the bathroom had hair, and were not clean. We were missing a shampoo bottle in the bathroom and one of our lights did not work. We also had issues with the tv.
