"Improvements needed at BB Residence"

Privacy, quiet building with elevator.

Towels need replacing. Air Conditioning Unit did not cool the room sufficiently. Toilet should be cleaner. Toiletries, like soap and shampoos were insufficient.

"unique area with more locals, acceptable for the price!"

it was quiet, bed was ok, good useful balcony

it took time for one lady to appear and handover my keys, she didn't speak any English and couldn't answer questions. drivers around called it the "green building" with a laugh!
