The location and Frank was cool and kind in the morning… and at least Steve told me about the hold on the card, not like the previous hotel

For a non-smoking facility, the place was disgusting. The stairwells were full of cigarette butts. The first room they tried to put me in reeked like chemicals, and I had to get a different room because it literally burned my eyes when I walked in there and Steve the guy that checked me in told me The lobby would be open all night and I could get coffee at five in the morning, but that wasn’t true. I couldn’t get coffee until well after six, and when I mentioned to Steve about all the cigarette butts in the stairwells, he just oh well I think maintenance should clean that, but I never saw any maintenance or grounds people and all the disgusting cigarette butts were still there the next day🥴 the bed and pillows were hard and there’s no mini refrigerator in room 203…
