View from the garden

We had two rooms on the road side. Both were noisy as they were the closest to a major intersection. One had a problem with hot water flow. Sometimes, after informing the front desk, we had to wait an hour to get water hot enough to take a shower. Others we had to take a shower in a relative's bathroom. Problem was not fixed. Lady at front desk was polite and offered to move us to a different room for our second and last night but we declined because it was too late and too much trouble. Both rooms were poorly designed, no storage amenities, no shelves, no drawers, all our stuff had to be on the floor. Responsiveness of management was nonexistent; expected at least some reduction in one room price after the hot water problem.

I don’t like synthetic fragrance in my bedding. Gives a sore throat.

The canyon view was incredible and the beds were so comfortable! The location is fantastic as well.

Room is outdated. Need ventilation in the bathroom. No microwave, TV and remote very outdated and not user friendly. For the price, I expected more.

Location, quiet and spectacular view even though in the thick of it.

It was hard to get temperatures regulated. Only high and low, you are either sleeping hot or cold.

The creek view room was just stunning

We found inscets in our room. The bathroom was very small. The room had no place to store our belongings, we lived out of our suitcases.

Love the location. Everything around was within walking distance and the room was very comfortable. A lot of great locations to visit.

L’emplacement près des restaurants et boutiques et la piscine avec magnifique vue sur les montagnes sont un plus

Le bruit de la climatisation, la qualité de la wifi n’est pas top et pour entrer dans le lit d’un côté il faut longer le mur
